At the January 25, 2022 board meeting the Waynesboro Area School District Board of School Directors heard a presentation from Susan Spicka about unfair funding to school districts in PA as well as information on how for profit Cyber Charter schools (such as Commonwealth, Reach and Agora Cybers) are spending taxpayers money with no state oversight completely unrestricted. Attached are documents explaining both the funding gap from the state and more about the cyber charters spending.
