Hello, everyone.

I want to wish everyone a Happy Easter and long weekend break.  In addition, I would like to remind everyone not to let your guard down right now.  We have completed over 130 school days with two months to go.

Franklin County is back in a Substantial Level, so schools have to operate under a stricter set of guidelines.  Our numbers were up this week with six new cases--all students.  Please wear masks during Easter Egg Hunts and other outside large crowded gatherings, and particularly inside.  We are all getting tired of the restrictions and guidelines, but they are helping us stay in school.

The quarantining has been burdensome and annoying at best, but, again, we believe the protocols have kept us in school.  If we want to stay in school, we need to continue what has worked for us all year.

Also, the district sent out a survey recently to learn what intentions families have about next year for the type of learning for your child—virtual, in-person, hybrid, etc.  Please be sure to complete that survey, so the district can plan accordingly.  Your feedback will help the district in planning a better educational program for your child.

Thank you for being patient with us this year, but we believe it has all been worth it for the children of this community.  As always, it is an honor and a pleasure to work for you and your child.

Have a great weekend, stay healthy, and #borostrong
