WASHS students participated for the first time this year in the Harvard University Political Review Essay Competition, which challenged the students to choose and research a critical social and political issue defining our world today. The students participated both as individuals and as teams of 3. Student and team essays in the top 71% earned Merit Awards, and student and team essays in the top 82% earned Honors Awards for their work.
