We have been having some crazy "winter" weather this year and it has caused some morning confusion for drop offs. We want to take a moment and remind everyone of our procedures to keep our learners safe during this time.
We ask that no learners are dropped off prior to 8:20 unless they have been invited to our Early Birds program. Learners eating breakfast may arrive between 8:20-8:30 and all other learners should be arriving between 8:30-8:50. Specifics are listed below.
8:20 - Supervision is in place out front and out back to support arriving learners. Learners eating breakfast at school are admitted into the building through the green top doors (front) or main door out back. Only breakfast eaters will be admitted to the building at this time.
8:40 - arrival bell rings and learners are admitted into the building to proceed to class.
8:50 - tardy bell rings and all learners must sign in with a parent or guardian at the front office.
If it is raining, snowing, or has a real feel temperature below 25 degrees, learners will be admitted into the building at 8:20 to wait.
