Notice is hereby given pursuant to provisions of the Pennsylvania Public School Code of 1949 as amended, Pennsylvania Sunshine Act of 1986, July 3, P.L. 388 No. 84, as amended and Guaranteed Energy Savings Projects, Act 57 of 1998, Act 77 of 2004, Act 39 and Act 163 of 2016 in Title 62, Chapter 37, Subchapter E, that the Board of School Directors of the Waynesboro Area School District will, at a Voting Meeting of the Board of School Directors to be held on March 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Clayton Administration Building Board Room at 210 Clayton Avenue, Waynesboro, PA 17268, to take action to approve and accept an Agreement for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Agreement with McClure Company (“ESCO”) as Contractor. The scope of work in this Guaranteed Energy Savings Project includes Mowrey Elementary School HVAC Upgrade, Roofing Upgrade and Carpet/Flooring Upgrade; Fairview Elementary School and Summitview Elementary School Window Upgrades; and Hooverville elementary School Roofing Upgrade. The proposal to be accepted by the Board between the ESCO and the Board provides that the lump sum cost of the work shall not exceed $3,759,895. Members of the public are invited to attend the Board Voting Meeting as permitted by law.
