An informational message to announce a new Learner Help Desk Portal at wasdpa.freshdesk.com, was sent to all learners and parents via email and BoroBlast. This provides learners and parents support for issues relating to their district provided technology: Chromebook, iPads, Laptop, etc. It is very easy to use and will get learners and parents directly in touch with the appropriate member of the Technology Department. We have made a video and document detailing the process which is below. We will not be able to provide support to learners or parents unless they create a ticket.

Whenever we get to the point where there is physical damage or another issue we can not resolve remotely then we have a system in place for learners to swap out their device with a working spare at each building. This will be communicated as needed.

You are always welcome to email us with questions, but ultimately we need to have student issues in ticket form so we make sure nothing gets missed.
