One week from today is the WAMS Walkathon! The purpose of the walkathon is to raise funds to support various school activities and trips throughout the year. The walkathon takes place during the day and participating students will walk the WASH track and then walk to Memorial Park for lunch and time to play kickball, hang out with friends or DUNK an ADMINISTRATOR OR TEACHER in the Dunk Booth. Food trucks will be available for students to purchase their lunch.
In order to participate in the WAMS Walkathon students must raise a total of $25 or more in donations. The top 3 fundraising students will receive a prize for their efforts.
The following food trucks will be at the park for students to purchase lunch from~
Feedbag, Antietam Dairy, Pretzel Spot Cafe, CC Funnel Cakes, Kona-Ice of Martinsburg, Pap's Dog Stop, Bubble Eats, Craken Catering and The Cupcake Gypsy.
Students have a few days to turn in their forms and donations. We suggest you send at least $10 for your child to purchase lunch at the food trucks or a school lunch can be provided.
