Summer vacation is in the rearview mirror and WAMS can't wait to see everyone! A few reminders to help the first day of school go smoothly ~
Doors open at 7:15 a.m. If you are a car rider you will be dropped off at Summitview and walk in the back way to WAMS. If you are a buser or walker come on up the front steps by the flagpole.
Students must be in their seats by 7:38 or marked tardy.
On the first day of school only, all students will report to their Braves Block when the bell rings at 7:30 a.m. We will go over schedules, distribute some important forms and your locker key or combination. We will then run a regular schedule throughout the rest of the day.
Be sure to bring your chromebook ~ fully charged!
Dismissal begins at 2:21 for 6th grade busers and runs on a staggered dismissal from there. All students are dismissed from the building by 2:28 p.m.

Fall sports season has begun! Any 7th or 8th grade boy or girl interested in running cross country this fall should reach out to Coach Fuss angie_fuss@wasdpa.org
