Hooverville Field Day Information 2023
Tuesday, May 16th with a RAIN DATE of Wednesday, May 17th
Dear Hooverville Parents/Guardians,
Field Day and the final week of school are just around the corner. This year’s Field Day is scheduled for Tuesday, May 16th. The RAIN DATE will be on Wednesday, May 17th if needed. We need volunteers to help set-up/take down equipment and run the activities (directions will be provided), provide general supervision, etc. All the information you will need that day will be provided to you when you arrive!
(*ALL volunteers will need to have the appropriate clearances on file at Clayton Avenue. If not, unfortunately you won’t be able to help). Please let us know if you are interested by completing the volunteer form that was sent home with your child or call us at 717-762-1191 ext. 1500.
