The WellSpan Sports Medical team is offering $15 PIAA sports physicals for student-athletes in grades 7 to 12 for the upcoming sports season for WASD students only!

Please bring your full PIAA packet with you. Sections 1 through 5 should be completed prior to arrival. Section 6 will be completed during your physical.
