Waynesboro Area School District Food Services
The Waynesboro Area School District participates in the National School Breakfast Program and the National School Lunch Program. Breakfast and Lunch are available at all schools,for Kindergarten through 12th grade.
The mission of the WASD Food Service Department is to provide a variety of nutritious foods to encourage students to eat a well-balanced diet. The WASD Food Service Department understands that a nutritious breakfast and lunch are an essential part of the school day and therefore strive to meet the daily needs of the students. All meals meet USDA requirements.
Meal Prices are set each year. The Waynesboro Area School District will be raising prices for the 2020/2021 School Year. Meal Prices for the 2020-2021 school year are as follows:

The Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 requires all School Food Authorities to inform families about the availability and location of free meals for students over the summer months through the Summer Food Service Program.
Schools or families can use any of the following methods to locate sites that serve free meals to children during the summer:
