The Waynesboro Area School District's Health and Safety Plan was approved at the July 14, 2020 board meeting. The intent of this Health and Safety Plan is to serve as the District guidelines for all reopening activities. This plan outlines Fairview's strategy in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from a pandemic, specifically COVID-19, in a collective, community approach. It serves as a guide for the safe reopening of the schools in the WASD. This is a fluid document, based on local, state and federal guidelines, that will continue to develop over time.
