Dear WASD Families and Staff,
As you likely know, Thursday, Governor Wolf closed schools for the rest of this current school year. The state also has directed school districts to have a Continuity of Education Plan. WASD’s plan included starting planned instruction tomorrow, Tuesday, April 14th . The announcement has not changed that plan.
WASD will continue the planned instruction through the end of this current school year. We will be following the 2019/20 district calendar. Please have learners engaged in the process
in order to continue learning.
There are many unanswered questions like graduation, summer opportunities, and so on. It is our plan to have those questions answered soon, but they will be answered.
